By visiting our site and/or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products (such as our 6-pack and 12-pack kits) at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our cotton mesh bags on the storefront. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
All shipments are processed and delivered via third-party logistics partners (such as Shiprocket).
Delivery Timelines: While we aim for delivery within 3–7 business days across India, delivery timelines are estimates and subject to regional courier delays.
COD Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any Cash on Delivery (COD) order if the shipping address is incomplete, looks fraudulent, or if the customer fails to respond to our mandatory WhatsApp/Call order verification process before dispatch.
Doorstep Rejections: For COD orders, the customer is legally obligated to pay the delivery executive the full invoice amount before opening the parcel. Consistently rejecting verified COD orders at the doorstep may result in your address being blacklisted across our fulfillment network.
4. Finality of Sale and Return Exceptions
As explicitly stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy, all sales of MeshFresh food-contact kitchen utility items are final.
No Customer Remorse Returns: We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchange requests for a change of mind or personal size preferences once an order is dispatched.
Damaged Goods: In the rare event of manufacturing defects or transit damage, replacements will only be processed if reported to our official support channel within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unedited package unboxing video.
5. Limitation of Liability
MeshFresh, our directors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, the natural shelf-life variances of fresh produce stored inside the bags, as food preservation depends on individual refrigerator settings, humidity levels, and initial produce quality.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive legal jurisdiction resting in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
